Ticket Service : This is the ticket service speaking. Can I help you ?
Mr. Bobby : Yes, I would like to reserve a single ticket to Hongkong.
Ticket Service : When will you fly, sir ?
Mr. Bobby : Tomorrow at 4.00 p.m. Is it alright ?
Ticket Service : Yes, of course, but can I take your name ?
Mr. Bobby : Sure, it’s Bobby. Ricky Bobby.
Ticket Service : Alright, Mr. Bobby, would you take the economy or V.I.P class ?
Mr, Bobby : V.I.P class. One more thing , I prefer to have a seat next to the window.
